This organization was founded in memory of Eli Kay, a lone soldier who made Aliyah from South Africa out of deep love for Israel and a desire to give. Eli served in the Paratroopers, lived on a kibbutz, and dedicated his life to service, education, and Zionist values. He was murdered in a terror attack in Jerusalem on his way to work at the Western Wall, but his path lives on. We continue his legacy by supporting and guiding lone soldiers, making sure each one feels a sense of belonging, home, and family, even far from the home they left behind.
