Leisure & Bonding Activities for Soldiers Connection, Joy, and Belonging
The Beit Eli Association for Lone Soldiers regularly organizes bonding evenings and bonfires for soldiers, with the goal of giving them a sense of a warm home and genuine support. Many lone soldiers face the challenge of serving without close family support, and the association ensures they experience moments of warmth, camaraderie, and belonging.
During these bonfire evenings, soldiers are treated to food, a family-like atmosphere, music, and heartfelt conversations around the fire, exactly what a lone soldier needs to feel that they are not alone.
This activity is part of a broader set of initiatives by Beit Eli for lone soldiers, all aimed at providing them with support, guidance, and assistance throughout their service. Thanks to public donations, we are able to give lone soldiers not only accommodation and hot meals but also social experiences that strengthen their sense of belonging.
In this way, we create for them a warm and supportive home for lone soldiers, a place where someone is always waiting with a smile and a listening ear.
